ETTUNE ships to destinations that are available at checkout. We do not currently ship to mainland China.
STANDARD SHIPPING — ALL SUPPORTED DESTINATIONS
Orders below $55 USD: $7.99 USD standard shipping.
Orders of $55 USD or more: free standard shipping.
Order thresholds are calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes or duties. The available shipping service and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched within 3 calendar days after the order is placed. Standard delivery is estimated within 7–10 calendar days after dispatch. Order processing time is additional to the transit time. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
